With reference to the discrepancy raised by you regarding XBRL Shareholding Pattern submitted by the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022 under Regulation 31 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and communicated to us through e-mail dated 16th March, 2023, stating that there is Quarter to Quarter Change in count of promoter of the Company compared to previous period/quarter shareholding pattern. With regards to the same, we wish to provide reply/ clarification that. Before the quarter ended 30.09.2023 the Company has 3 promoters Viz: Mrs. Shobha Anant Hegde (11,75,738 Shares), M/s. Electrex International Pvt Ltd (1,50,000 Shares) and M/s. Electrex Power Tools Private Limited (0 Shares). During the quarter ended 30th September, 2022, Mr. Shobith Hegde has purchased 4 Shares of the Company. Mr. Shobith Ganesh Hegde is the son of Mrs. Shobha Anant Hegde (Main promoter of the Company) and by the virtue of this relationship Mr. Shobith Hegde also considered as a Promoter of the Company as per the definition and meaning assigned under SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 Hence the count of promoters has been increased to 4 in the XBRL Shareholding Pattern for quarter ended 30.09.2022 submitted by the Company to the exchange. We suppose that with the explanation given above, we have sufficiently answered to the exchange with the clarity on the question raised.
